Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in resellable condition
- In original condition and packaging
- With proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Returns Process
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address.
Please do not send items back without approval, as they will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve this quickly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, simply return your original order (once approved) and place a new one.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items used beyond normal inspection
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Sale items or gift cards
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
