Do rackets come with a cover?
To keep racket pricing competitive, covers are offered as part of selected bundle promotions.
Customers can currently receive a free Ferox Sleeve with eligible racket purchases.
The sleeve offers lightweight, waterproof protection for everyday transport and storage.

Can I return my order?
Yes, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition.
Please contact us before returning any items.

Warranty
Ferox products are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery.

This does not include:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse
- Impact damage from courts, fences or other rackets

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos.

We are continuously expanding the Ferox range with new rackets, accessories and future product releases already in development.

As an early-stage launch, some products may sell out quickly while limited launch stock is available. Additional stock and future drops will continue to be added throughout the year.
